The Book of Mormon - Another Testament of Jesus Christ, is a record of ancient scripture comparable to the Bible.  It contains the writings of ancient prophets from the American continent.  The crowning event in the Book of Mormon, is an account of the ministry of Jesus Christ, among the people of ancient America.  He taught them the gospel and organized His church, the same as he had done in Palestine.

The Book of Mormon is further proof of Jesus Christ, and the Plan of Salvation, and shows that God loves all His children throughout all the world.

The Book of Mormon is more than just an historical account.  It is scripture.  More 10 million people today, and millions since it's first English publication in 1830, stand as a testimony to the world of it's divinity.

It contains writings that are specifically meant for our day.  The prophets that anciently wrote the accounts within the book, knew of our day, and knew of the hardships that we would face in the last days before the second coming of Jesus Christ.  The Book of Mormon as well as the Bible provide answers to many of today's difficult questions.  Above all the Book of Mormon admonishes us to believe in the words of Christ, and to believe in Christ, and to turn to God in prayer for assistance with today's problems.

"And now, my beloved brethren, and also Jew, and all ye ends of the earth, hearken unto these words and believe in Christ; and if ye believe not in these words believe in Christ.  And if ye shall believe in Christ ye will believe in these words, for they are the words of Christ, and he hath given them unto me; and they teach all men that they should do good." (2 NEPHI 33:10)

I know the Book of Mormon is true and that it is the word of God.  I value the Book of Mormon above all other books, and invite all to read it and pray about it.
